Find your TikTok Pixel ID

The Pixel ID is a string that looks roughly like this: D77OJ03C77U0CNBNK46G. Dinero uses it to enable Retargeting and Lookalike on TikTok.

Quickest path if you have Shopify

If you've already connected TikTok to Shopify via the TikTok app, a pixel has been created for you automatically. The easiest path is:

  1. Open your Shopify admin → Apps → TikTok.
  2. Click Settings (or the gear icon) at the top right.
  3. Scroll down to the TikTok Pixel for Shopify section.
  4. You'll see an ID: field. Copy the long alphanumeric string (about 20 characters).

Note: The long number after the heading (e.g. "1775208832") is not the pixel ID — it's just a name suffix. The real ID is under the "ID:" label.

Alternative: find it via TikTok Events Manager

  1. Go to business.tiktok.com/events-manager and log in.
  2. Pick the right ad account (top left).
  3. In the list of Web Events you'll see your pixels. Click the one you want to use.
  4. The Pixel ID appears under the pixel name — copy it.

Paste the ID into Dinero

  1. Go to app.dinero.agency/login and log in.
  2. Open Integrations in the menu.
  3. Scroll down to the TikTok Pixel field.
  4. Paste the ID and click Save.

The badge turns green "✓ Active" right away. Dinero uses the pixel starting from the next ad cycle.

Common issues

  1. "Save" gives no response: check that you're logged into the correct store.
  2. Badge doesn't turn green: you've probably pasted the name suffix (digits only) instead of the full ID (letters + digits, about 20 characters).
  3. Retargeting isn't activating: TikTok needs ~100 pixel events before the audience is large enough. This usually takes a few days of traffic.
