Frequently asked questions

Who owns the ad account?+

You do. Dinero runs ads through your Meta account. You can revoke access anytime from Meta Business Settings.

Can I stop or pause the ads?+

Dinero pauses ads on its own when your monthly budget is used up and when an ad underperforms after its learning period. You can also pause or delete any Dinero ad yourself in Meta Ads Manager, and Dinero won't turn it back on. To stop everything, uninstall Dinero from Shopify or email us.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Dinero is billed month-to-month through Shopify. Cancel anytime by uninstalling Dinero from your Shopify admin. Dinero stops the same minute. Shopify doesn't refund partial months, so uninstall close to the end of your billing period to get full value. We recommend giving Meta a full month to learn your brand before judging results.

What if Dinero creates a bad ad?+

Dinero auto-pauses underperforming ads after a 7-day learning period. Want one gone sooner? Pause or delete it in Meta Ads Manager, or email us and we'll handle it.

Do I need to upload my own creatives?+

Drop photos and videos into a Google Drive folder. Dinero picks them up automatically and uses them in your ads.

Does Dinero touch my manual ads?+

No. Dinero only manages campaigns it creates itself. Your manual or boosted ads are completely untouched.

Is the plan fee on top of my ad spend?+

Yes. The plan fee is for Dinero. Your ad budget goes directly to Meta as usual, separate from the Dinero subscription.

How fast does it start working?+

Ads go live within a couple of days after setup. ROAS typically stabilizes after the 7-day Meta learning phase.

What budgets can Dinero handle?+

$2,000 to $15,000 per month across four plans. Above that, Enterprise is priced on request.
